Site requirements:

This ring is intended for sites by goth/industrial people living in the Rochester (New York) area, or containing information about the Rochester area goth/industrial scene.

You MUST place the ring code on your site before I approve it - No fragment code, no approval! The fragment may, however, be on a different page than your index page if that is what you wish. I customized the fragment for text-only so there shouldn't be any problem with graphics. If you wish to add a graphic, you may copy the fading skull from my site and use that, however it's not a requirement. The fragment code will be emailed to you when you submit the form. How long it takes to arrive depends on your mail system's normal queue times.

I will visit your site once it lands in the queue. If your site does not fit my guidelines, it will be deleted from the queue.
