Swedish Body Massage

This is a full body massage, focusing on compression and deep muscle movement.  Working in synergy with the body's own systems, this massage can loosen you up, rejuvenate and create a wonderful and engulfing sense of relaxation.
Performed in a private room, where our towel technique (as you'll realise) is more like that of an operating theatre, and you never need to remove or adjust your underwear (in case you were concerned).  We use a variety of mediums, aromatherapy carrier oil (without the smells added!), massage cream or reflexology talc.  It takes about an hour for the massage, and is preceded the first time by a quick consultation.
