Indian Head Massage

This is based in Ayurvedic healing beliefs which go back more than 3,000 years. 
 What we offer is a Western approach and can be performed in 10-15 minutes (if you want it to be that quick!).  It incorporates the upper back, neck, scalp and face.  It is delivered while you are sat on a stool, and can be done over clothing. 

It can also be offered as an hour's treatment, including the use of aromatherapy carrier oils (without the smells added!), massage cream or reflexology talc, as with Swedish Body Massage this is all done in a private space.  Traditionally oil is also used in the hair, but this, like the choice of medium used is optional

The first massage will begin with a quick consultation.
