and so: the deal

i see you're interested in sponsoring me or putting up a banner on my page. good. that makes me happy. so here are some things you should know.

first, i'll be honest. although i think dust to dust is beautiful and innovative, i am a new e-zine in a paticularly unknown field. i do not expect hits in the hundreds of thousands. at least not right now.

second, although i am asking for money to put banners up, i am not a business.

third, because i am not making any money, sponsoring and banner prices are relatively low.

fourth, i will not put up a banner to something i deem as inappropriate. if i approve a link which at first appears appropriate and changes or i have misjudged, i reserve the right to remove the banner and refund you in full. after all, i have to remain respectable.

and so: the prices

for banners

at 9 dollars. one month, normal: you get a banner put up on the main page linking to anywhere you would like. it's placement is underneath the title banner and can be no larger than 500 pixels by 75 pixels.

at 7 dollars. one month, specific: want to target a more specific audience? want to make your banner appear in more than one place? this is a banner that looks exactly like the normal setting except can be put on any page in dust to dust.

at 25 dollars. issue, normal: similar to the one month normal banner except that it stays for the three month issue. additional bonus- it stays with the archived issue too.

at 20 dollars. issue, specific: also similar to the one month specific banner except that it stays with the three month issue and is archived as well.

for sponsoring

at 60 dollars. one month: gets you a 500 by 75 pixel banner on every page underneath the title banner (including the startup page) with an additional 50 by 50 pixel icon at the bottom of every page linking to your own. i will also mention something in the editorial.

at 150 dollars. issue: exactly the same as the one month sponsoring except that the sponsoring stays with the whole three month issue as well as in the archiving too.
