Our move was completed successfully today, and we're back up as you can see. Thanks all for your patience!

We have added a new Awards section to the site and have also received our first award! Later on we will be creating and awarding our own GOTH.NET awards to sites with exceptional design and content. So stay tuned!

On February 16th, GOTH.NET will go down due to a move of both the box and us, as we're moving into a new place. Hopefully this outage will only be for a few hours, however this is also dependant on whether or not our new connection is up and running in our new place on time.

We recently sent out a notification email to all GOTH.NET users in regards to the new features and such. We had quite a number of emails bounce back with the message that the email address no longer existed. We have deleted all user accounts that were no longer contactable.

If your account was deleted due to this reason, you will have to re-apply if you still wish to have a GOTH.NET account.

As a reminder, I would like to ask all GOTH.NET members to ensure that they keep their user details and account information up to date. If you have forwarding GOTH.NET email and the account you are forwarding to changes, please update your details using the web-based email client or email the Staff and let them know.

We have added a web-based email feature to the site, so existing users can now login to their email from wherever they are. Members can login through the Members section of the site.

So finally after about 2 months here is the overhauled version of GOTH.NET. New code and a massive update with Links and Art & Writings submissions. So go and see all the new artwork and read the new poetry and stories we have up! And check out the added links in most sections.

One of the new features here are the Forums where our Members and Guests can come together and discuss whatever they wish.

I hope you enjoy the new features and the updated existing features and feel free to post some feedback on the Forums.

We still have a webbased Java Chat client in the works, and there are more Art and Writings submissions on the way.
