GOTH.NET Sub-domains
GOTH.NET now offers people who contribute back to the gothic community (eg. bands, shops, clubs, etc) the ability to have their webspace as http://www.something.domain, and email addresses @something.domain (where 'something' is the name of the band, shop, club, etc and 'domain' is our own domain (eg. goth.net)).
Sub-domains are given away very sparingly, and we require the page to be beneficial to the gothic community and also have a high standard of webdesign. All applications will be reviewed by the GOTH.NET Administration, and you must have a pre-existing webpage online for us to review. Acceptance is up to the sole discretion of the GOTH.NET Administration.
All subdomain accounts will also have the abililty to upload files into a public FTP area that users may access on GOTH.NET's public FTP server (or if you like, ftp.something.domain).
Included in ALL subdomains are the email addresses webmaster, webmistress, hostmaster and admin @something.domain. Other email addresses at your subdomain can be added on request.
Please note that ALL subdomains 'bind' to a user, which means you have to have an existing GOTH.NET user account (even if just an email account) before you may obtain a subdomain.
As with all user accounts, your subdomain account is subject to both the GOTH.NET Terms and Conditions and the GOTH.NET Privacy and Content policy (part of which stipulates all sub-domain pages must link back to GOTH.NET in their links section, and list us as a sponsor for their site).
If you are interested, please fill in the Subdomain Application form.
