I did a search on this and found very little, so I feel pretty safe opening this up.
I'm looking for some good industrial or EBM bands with female lead vocals, and want some recommendations. Any mentions would help me out. Thanks!

Here's a few off the top of my head:
Attrition
Die Form
Kirlian Camera
L'ame Immortelle
La Floa Maldita
I'll try and think of some more later...

I think I would put
L'Ame Immortelle in the same category as BlutEngel
Highly recommend both

There's ComputorGirl, which isn't really industrial but has opened for several industrial acts in San Francisco. And someone's already recommended L'ame Immortale, so I'll try to cover some industrial.
For slightly harder stuff, try Genitorturers, Otto's Daughter, and i'll assume you already know about Lords of Acid. All three bands are 'industrial' like how KMFDM or TKK is considered 'industrial'.
besides Seelenschmertz, I don't think that Blutengel has any other songs that have predominantly female vocals. It's a bit overplayed now, but when it first came out it sent shivers down my spine.
