 When I was in Argentina, i was watching mtv and i saw a video of this band named "M". the video had a circus/carnival theme, as well as a carnival type of music

...or, rather, in my case, I have a swatch of song, band/songtitle of unknown origin. I heard it about 7 years ago at Neo in Chicago, and I've searched for it ever since. The lyrics in the chorus were, "Steer 'round..." sung by a deep male voice, like the guy from PTP in "Rubber Glove Seduction." Help me out.
