Speed dating???? wtf is that? o_O; Whatever happend to just regular dating? Y'know, you meet someone, make with the small talk, hang out and let things progress from there?

After that people rotate and the process is restarted. Its very impersonal which is one of the many reasons I won't be doing it. _________________ In any social experiment there is only one inevitability: Drama.

I mean, how much can you learn about someone in 2 minutes, and why in the world would you want to "date" over 10 people in one night? The people on the show I saw were just raving about what a good time they had, but I don't see any fun in it, especially when you can't stay with one person all night and gossip about other people. _________________ "There is no reason why you should be bored when you can be otherwise. Personally I don't see the point in dating for the sake of dating. Any date that has rules has restrictions, and that's just plain silly. Not to mention that if I ever did do that, I would just throw down the pen and say "Screw it!" and talk. Rules are great for keeping things in order, but since when is talking unorderly? Besides, body language is most of communication. And when you are using a pen and paper rather then your voice, you lose some of that body language, aka your voice and you talking. Really, I don't understand all of these new dating schemes.
