A light bulb came on in my head last night, after hearing someone on TV mention "fantasy football". I thought we could have our own version:

Who would you have in your fantasy goth band (living or dead), and playing what instrument(s)? Or as fronting vocals or backing vocals?

My band, "Winter's Chill", would have Peter Murphy as vocalist, Patricia Morrison playing bass, Brian Viglione on drums, Kenny Hickey on lead guitar, and Roger O'Donnell on keyboards.

Hmm, as tempting as Peter Murphy would be, I'd have to go with Siouxsie Sioux on vocals, Peter Hook on Bass, Daniel Ash on Guitar, Boris Williams on drums.
Martin Hannett can produce the debut, and maybe get Alec Empire to do remixes for b-sides

I feel bad that I don't know that many goth band members.

Here goes, though : I'd have Andrew Eldritch on vocals, Patricia Morrison on bass, Siouxsie Sioux as some sort of "back up" vocalist, Wayne Hussey on lead guitar, Robert Smith on rhythm guitar, and Doktor Avalanche on drums.

... Yes, I would make Wayne Hussey and Eldritch work together

Keyboards and Atmospheric electronics: Rozz Williams and Brian Lustmord

Okay, similar to the "dream team" concept, come up with an imaginary goth band consisting of members of other goth bands...all fulfilling specific roles in that band... Also, describe the style of that band along with its aesthetic, for example
Example would have a darkwave/goth rock style...
With the aesthetic of the Bauhaus
The moody feel of the cure and joy division
Vocals: peter murphy
Guitar/vocals: Robert smith
Drums: stephen morris
Bassist: idk yet
Guitar/vocals: Ian curtis...
Now this may not work in reality but this is just an example.....also come up with a name for the band as well...

Isn't this kinda what goth-inclined bands do anyways I swear to god that theres only like 35 people who play in the bands and every 4-6 years they put the names in a hat and shake it up a bit...
