I have Twilight Princess on the Cube, I got up to the Forest Temple, then gave up. Wasn't sure what I was supposed to do to get across the bridges. You were supposed to get a certain amount of Monkeys first, I believe 5, then once you go back to the middle area, there's a cutscene of them all at the sliding door straight ahead, and they all hang from it, you jump across and you fight a boss so you get the Whirlwind Boomerang that lets you rotate those bridges.

Gosh, you guys are making me want to play those Legend of Zelda games again. Speaking of which, I'm still at the start of Skyward Sword in Hero mode.

I don't remember how many of the monkeys I got, let alone if I got the Boomerang. I'll keep that in mind next time I play it (I have to start the game over, lost my save data)

Ocarina of Time 3D and Kid Icarus: Uprising. -- Thu Apr 05, 2012 6:10 pm -- PhoenonX wrote: I've been thinking about getting a Vita.
If I were, it would be for Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 The Golden, and Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus.
Anyways, to stay on topic, I've been playing Twilight Princess. It's pretty good, just beat the Forest Temple. I don't really get the hate for it. Awesome! Enjoy the Twilight Princess experience! An amazing game for sure!!

Nothing really at the moment; but generally I am one of those MMO gamers (yes, the ones with no life) so I have played most games in the genre. I really enjoy FFXI most of all, but I have no money or time to be getting back into any MMO right now. Plus, having just moved to the Las Vegas area, I barely know anyone here. For this reason I will be focusing more on socializing (goth clubs anyone?) and preparing mentally for university when I start in July.

Life is really doing a solid for you right now. I'm getting back into my fighting game mode. I played Mortal Kombat 9 earlier this week and had a good time with it, so I'll have to jump back into practice mode in that,Tekken 6, and Street Fighter.

Oh. I forgot to mention. I'm on another play through of Luigi's Mansion. Don't know how many times I've actually played through it...but it is awesome!

Well I didn't relocate here because I love the city. In fact, it gets on my nerves more than anything else... I used to have a phobia of people; but now it has morphed into more of a "Leave me alone and don't mess with me." kind of aura I project and it works nicely. The thing that sucks about this city though is that the goth scene isn't as strong as it is in other cities, and you'd think of all places, Vegas wouldn't be lacking in this area. ...And oh dear, I'm horrible at fighting games. I would much rather sit in a dark corner all day theory-crafting stats and equip combos. But as for fighting games I have played, my favorites would have to be Street Fighter and Samurai Shodown. I like to immerse myself in a perpetual world though since real life has sucked for me many years. I plan on getting out more though and maybe try to make some new friends.

Not to derail the thread, but out of curiosity what made you take your schooling to Vegas? Las Vegas and its heavy populace of drunken gamblers would gnaw at my nerves rather quickly.

I actually didn't choose to move here as I had no choice. Financial struggles led me to stay with a family member for a while. I completely agree however, the people here are utterly insane. You can't hold a conversation with the average Vegas native due to their lack of brain power.

I guess you just have to make the most of it, huh? Sit back and relax with a good video game, for it is a good way to just unwind.

Re: What are you currently playing?
Despite having bought Skyrim and the second Deus Ex (had to complete the collection if nothing else) and the added content for the newest Deus Ex...I've been playing Guild Wars like crazy. Trying to get more points in my hall of monuments since it looks like Guild Wars 2 is coming in a couple months.
But when my birthday hits, the gears will shift, and I will once again destroy evil. Bring on Diablo III!!!!!
