As for Skillet, I heard of them but have yet to actually hear their music. I'll probably check them out soon here. I hope things work out here at work, too. I'm really nervous about what is going to go down when the boss leaves! I really feel like half of my group is only here out of loyalty to him, and will be gone soon after he leaves. To share, this is one of my favorite songs by Skillet: http://youtu.be/i6PFAnOYZ-MNot the most gothy, but the lyrics really speak to me sometimes. My son's favorite is this one: http://youtu.be/1mjlM_RnsVEHe listens to it before heading out on to the field for football games to pump him up!

The creator of Milton, Beavis and Butthead, Hank Hill and *technically* Daria - Mike Judge is cool. I like him. I hope that Beavis and Butthead come back for another new season. It would be a pity if today's generation of kids missed out on the boys. I can remember watching the original show a few times when I was.... ohhhh 4 or 5 years old? I loved it. I have the Mike Judge Collection on DVD, but then again, that's only the creator's pick of top episodes. Along with Daria, I'd LOVE a legit full series rip on DVD of Beavis and Butthead's original series. To me, the newer episodes lacked some of the "original magic" of the the 90s. I feel like part of the Beavis and Butthead experience was the fact they were a '90s show dealing with '90s issues and music. Hearing the boys comment on Jersey Shore just doesn't feel the same to me. -- Fri Feb 24, 2012 9:13 pm -- CallaWolf wrote: Alucard392 wrote: CallaWolf wrote: Ever feel sometimes like you have too much love to give, but no one to give it to? All too well actually, though I'm only at the cusp of entering my mid-20's as I am going to be turning 24 this year.

Make them watch that and Weekend at Bernie's over and over until they get it. In other news, Professor Elemental is great, but I'm not sure if he's 20 euro great.

Professor Elemental? Is he made up of fire, water, air and earth? Turn that water into steam and I think you've got one of Professor Elemental's elements. Arq, are you hinting that Professor Elemental is going to be appearing somewhere near you? Perhaps a steampunk convention or something? I think 20 euro is somewhere around $27, and I'd be willing to pay that to hear him live. I love his videos on YouTube. -- Nephele

Not "Office Space" but along the same lines. And LS is stuck at work this weekend again. BAH At least a month from now, he'll spend a weekend here!

 Re: Thoughts and Sharing Thread
A friend, assuming her arts magazine gets up and running has offered me a chance to work with her. I am pleased with this news.
My life just might be turning around. I haven't felt this excited about possibly working in a while.
Maybe all this positive thinking and stuff I've been doing, is changing things.

 Re: Thoughts and Sharing Thread
Professor Elemental was interesting. I definitely see the charm in his act. Hip-hop generally isn't my thing though.
