...what's the point of this? I feel bad for the possum, but even if it was just a stuffed animal in a cage, I don't understand how this could sound entertaining to anyone. Seriously, go to a club or something. What the point in getting drunk below something hanging down? Erm, no jokes intended...

I think that's just mean-ish. :(

Sent Gordon Myers Executive Director of North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission an email since this is in my area of the U.S. Oddly enough I've never heard of this being done before. Hopefully they'll stop this. Poor opossum!
