 I like cheese :)
Does anyone else? What's your favorite kind? Gouda? Sharp cheddar? Swiss? Please, do tell.

I adore cheese! My favorite is Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar; I grew up in Vermont, so Cabot cheese will always taste like home to me. Cabot Cheddar

 Re: I like cheese :)
I definitely prefer cheeses that have a kick or a "bite" to them. Extra sharp chedder is my absolute favorite. I love bleu cheese, too, and goat is great as well! Too many to choose from. Does anyone else like baked brie cheese? I know people make this as a dish with honey or dried cranberries and whatnot.

Any and all cheese. The stronger the better. Extra sarp cheddar or habenero jack.
Baked brie is alright, I prefer it non baked on crackers. Or cream cheese and smoked salmon on crackers. Or home made mac'n'cheese.... Now i'm hungry!

 Re: I like cheese :)
Wuss cheeses the lot of them. I have a thing for really stinky cheeses. I love limburger, stilton, really aged brie where it's almost liquid...pretty much all the cheeses that no one else likes. I also LOVE buffalo mozzerella. So good in a caprese salad. Oh, and ricotta on a pizza is amazing. Dammit! I'm really hungry now!

If I could live on nothing but cheese, I would.
I don't think I've met a cheese I didn't like.

 Re: I like cheese :)
I'm actually not a big cheese fan. I like it every once in a while, but I doubt that I could eat it everyday. There are also only certain types I like.

 Re: I like cheese :)
I mostly stick with the usual suspects (American, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Cheddar, etc.). But...I do love me some Muenster! And when I'm feeling fancy, Brie. But only when I'm feeling fancy.

Midy I'm picky too, but when it comes to cheese I could eat it till the cows come home. (get it?)

Christmas is the best time for epic cheeses! Wensleydale with blueberries! Melty Brie and cranberries. My veins are clogged with gooey goodness.

Speaking of cheese - we went to my brother's this weekend and they had this awesome goat cheese rolled in dried cranberries...SO good if you can get your hands on it.
