 Re: Happy thread is happy.
Thanks Red Corset! My writer's block has buggered off, I'm still not working on the right story, (something my brain cooked up when I was asleep, involving Bobby Goren, Amy Lee and a boarding school that I promised to write for my mum, don't ask, my mind moves in mysterious ways sometimes.) But at least it's a start. Maybe I'll get my mum's story finished by Christmas. In the meantime I'm having fun with this other story.

I love Goren! 2 of the 3 law and ethics assignments were marked and passed with flying colours within 3 hours of uploading!!!!!!!!!! Fingers crossed on the third as I managed to somehow keep writing the wrong acronym for a particular disease.... eeek! [Stoopid] Although highly inconvenient, I'm glad I got a nail in my tyre today. Why? Because it turned out that my tyres were down to the indicators and one was really scrubbed down on the inside (hence the shuddering when braking). Although I really didn't want to spend $700, better to not have an accident and lose insurance because of crappy tyres, not to mention people's lives at danger or the possibility that the shuddering would impact on my brakes or something. And glad it didn't happen on the way to my upcoming vocational training, where I could fail my entire semester if I miss a day of that, even though academically I'm flying. Just means I lost all that time I could have done my assignments.

When the day you have plans fall through it ends up raining anyway.

Dude... you need to talk to me more often. I found that shit months ago. So long ago that "Atlas Ruining Furries" now has a sequel.

 Re: Happy thread is happy.
What IS My Little Pony, a form of mind control? I remember someone at the LA Science Fiction Convention telling me how the Care Bears were so good because they were the first cartoon to portray real emotions. Me: I'll stick with Rocky and Bullwinkle. Him: Those were meant for adults, not children. Maybe kids were more sophisticated back when I was one

 Re: Happy thread is happy.
Yay! Another Bobby fan! I just found out that we in the UK have something by Revlon that the US does not, which makes a change. I'm looking at the US vs. the UK website and you lot have all this collection: http://www.revlon.com/Revlon-Home/Featu ... nists.aspx We don't have the purple lipstick, which looks divine. Anyone want to do some swapsies?

I am happy that I am finally over my cold. I still have a cough, but overall I am back to being my un-normal self.
