For our non-American members who may not be familiar with Donald Trump, here in the States he is a gasbag of a business magnate with celebrity status.

As if "gasbag," "business magnate," and "celebrity status" weren't enough reasons to despise the man, he has recently put his foot in his mouth (a habit of his) by going on YouTube to attack Jon Stewart.

Granted, Stewart also has despicable "celebrity status," but at least Jon Stewart is funny.

Probably the dumbest thing that Trump will henceforth be known for is starting up a feud with Jon Stewart. That's like slathering seal blubber over your body and jumping into a shark tank.

It all revolves around Trump's sanctimonious complaint about Stewart's mocking of Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain, regarding Cain's response to sexual harassment accusations.

I do know who both Donald Trump (we have our own version of "The Apprentice" here) and Jon Stewart (they used to show Politically Incorrect on TV years ago) are however.
Donald Trumps hair is probably more famous than he is, it's quite the phenomenon.

I heard about this on NPR and was absolutely astounded that Donald-ploppy-pants-Trump is somehow so elevated that his ridiculous opinion is on the air. Why in the world didn't the people at "the media" just go, "Oh. Trump said something. That's nice. Let's pay attention to something with at least a little meaning."
