Post Pumpkin Cheesecake
My sister-in-law e-mailed me this recipe last week, and I tried it last night (after I bought a springform pan!). The only graham crackers I had in the house were chocolate, so I used them instead of regular graham crackers.
It came out fantastic. If you like pumpkin as much as I do, I think you'll like this, and it's fairly easy to make.

I tried Pumpkin pie for the first time recently (in Denver). I liked it very much. :D Now only to get the good stuff in the UK.

Truer words were never spoken. I will eat ANYTHING that's pumpkin flavored. So far, that includes ice cream, tea, coffee, bread, muffins, cheesecake...can't think of anything else. Mmmmmm, pumpkin!

That's one huge reason I want to visit Hogwarts - pumpkin juice!

You know, I'm surprised Rilvor hasn't stuck his head in here yet; he loves pumpkin anything, especially pumpkin cheesecake. In fact, we'll be going to one of the specialty groceries around here in the next couple days to get him one for his birthday. :P If I had more time, I would have used that recipe instead of buying it, since that sounds positively divine!

I heard "Pumpkin Cheesecake" and came as fast as I could.

I am so looking forward to three days now!

I'll have to find a way to get half of it on my plate...

Pumpkin pie could prompt Thanksgiving sexual free-for-all (El Reg)

I wondered why I liked it on first taste.

LS, sure you don't want to fly in a few hours earlier and join us at the dinner table?

Seriously, I wonder why THAT scent does that? :?

(looks at last line) ROASTED chestnuts? wouldn't that be rather painful?

I would if I could. How long will the LSM be there? Serving any pie at the feast? Slightly orangey in hue, this pie?

EDIT: I arrive at 14:55, say 4pm including unpacking? (throwing the suitcase and the bed, then legging it out the door).

EDIT: EDIT: You can also roast chestnuts like my mum did, and "blow the bloody doors off" ...the oven. I always remember that.

I remember years ago at the UCLA co-op, I caught some of the dessert crew trying to shove a pumpkin into the microwave. They couldn't even shut the door on it! Just as well.

Did someone say ROASTING?

Yes, I am evil. Pleasure to meet you.
