K, so here's the deal. I need more EBM in my CD collection. I've got every VNV album, and APB's Seven and Welcome to Earth, and a Metropolis Records sampler but that's it. I do prefer newer EBM to older; when I've listened to samples of the founding fathers of EBM, I was like "Well that's interesting," but I wasn't tempted to buy the album.
So does anybody know of any good acts going on in EBM right now? Something to give variety to my play cycle of Burning Empires, Seven, and Futureperfect? And on another note, does anybody have APB's most recent album (Harmonizer, or something like that I think)? Is it any good?
Muchas gracias,
SS

*bump*
Come on, helping me out has GOTTA be more stimulating than bashing Aerosmith.

I believe I downloaded most of it at one point and then deleted it when I was running out of space.
Personally I wasn't too impressed with it though I didn't listen to it extensively. It's heading more towards the straight trance/techno side of things, rather than their earlier work like 7 which is 'darker', which I prefer.

Harmonizer is KEEEEEERAAAAP.
You might want to check out Zeromancer. They're the latest EBMish industrial band i can think of.

I think he already knows about Covenant, and Front 242 is too old for "band of the moment" SS

I don't care if you're a trinity-member; if you're not careful, I'm gonna pee in your ear.
I'll look into Front 242 and Covenant.

Not strictly EBM but more on the electronic/danceable side... Collide. (collide.net I believe).

VNV Nation and Apoptygma Bezerk are more along the lines of future pop. So if you want someone similar, try Icon of Coil. They're amazing in my opinion.
But if you're looking for something more EBM, try bands like Velvet Acid Christ, Flesh Field, and Android Lust. That is if you haven't already.

Zeromancer and Icon of coil are amazing!
Try; And One, their new album is soo great. See also if you can track down a track they did called technoman very very good.
Not really ebm, but what about Wumpscut, Hocico, fiendflug. My boyfriend loves em, more along the lines of suicide commando , not ebm but harder industrial , like Velvet Acid christ.
Also Neuroticfish, if you like Apop you would like them if I can think of any more...!
