Post Fingerless lace gloves
I'm currently working on making fingerless lace gloves but have come to a creative road block. I can't seem to decide on if I should go with no fingers at all, or just go to the first knuckle. Please Help Me!!!

First knuckle.

With the rationale that you can cut that off if you don't like it, but sewing the first knuckle on in a later stage is probably much harder.

I frequent this goth DIY website called Be My Goth and if you subscribe, the webmasters give you a PDF tutorials (they recently put up a neck corset PDF, but you have to pay $5 -.-;). The first one you get for free, and I believe that the tutorial is for fingerless lace gloves. I never subscribed (at least not yet), but it's worth checking out.

Hope that helped.

So the project is coming along nicely. All I needed was a little help to get it figured out. They are going to be lace up and i can't figure out how to make the hole for the laces without the laces ripping the fabric. would i use something similar to a button hole?

Why not do a kind of embroidered button hole? It stop's the fabric from tearing as long as it's depth in from the side is reasonable.
