I am finally getting round to redecorating my bedroom and have run into creative block, so I was wondering: what do everyone's bedrooms look like? What colour schemes, types of furnature, did you go for a "look"?
I'm imagining a lot of you have got some beautiful stuff going on. I'm currently thinking of doing mine grey and red. Does this sound clashy? I'm also looking to get some long, velvet curtains for when autumn rolls around.

If you can imagine piles of books and clothes thrown about a room stuffed to the rim with antiques, and that's basically my bedroom.

The only part of my room that is truly decorated is my one window, which has two sleeping bags stable gunned to the trim, with that covered with a burgundy crepe curtain, with many yards of black crepe draped over the valance.

If I had put more foresight into it when I moved in, I probably would have put victorian wallpaper up, but with all the stuff that's in here now, that would be pretty impossible.

I think the wall is purple, but it's covered by cd's, rest of the walls are covered by smashing pumpkin posters, the rest of the room is done in a style I like to call "I own a big dog that's currently molting".

My room is purple.

Not dark purple.

Pink-purple with hints of lilac.

This is because I had it painted when I was 11. It looks HORRIBLE!

So I've compensated by pinning up sketches and anime pics all over the walls.

It doesn't help much...

My bedroom is a hodge-podge of furniture. Some of the pieces left from his ex are beautifully-framed, but...well...they're his exes, so saying "good-bye" to them wouldn't exactly hurt my feelings.

I wish redesigning houses was as easy irl as it is in The Sims.

Very plain and boring. I'm probably the most interesting[1] item in it.

My bedroom really sucks at the moment and the only Gothic looking thing in it is me.

White walls, and my bed cover and window curtains look like this.

I have a bathroom in there, an entertainment center and one table at the end of the bed. Luckily we have a tiny connecting room to our bedroom which is used as a dressing room. It remains on of the few things i like about where i live.

Looks like a bomb hit a clothing factory which happened to have cats in the basement to take care of the mice!

Mine is beachy (tres goth, I know). I did it one weekend when we were expecting company and needed to dress it up since it was totally plain jane. So, I found a giant metal Seahorse and a giant metal fish and just went from there. Now everything is blue, and seashells and whatnot. Nice since we don't live anywhere near a beach anymore.

Mine used to have red walls but since the move it has changed to bright yellow. At first I was sad that it was such a bright color (not my mood of color at all) but then as I added my furniture inside, & I realized black furniture looks great in a yellow room. ^-^

JTHM poster, a few paintings I made, a bunch of steampunk stuff, a black coffin backpack with a red eye stands on top of my bookcase, and a small shrine to all things of mine victorian and interesting. I collect glass and victorian gloves. Black Iron Day bed, Black/white comforter, and last but not least: MY Mushroom Lamp!

I was 11 too, when it got painted purple

Think guitars, mindless self indulgence, and sensuality*sarcasm*(a quote my ex used to say lol).

My room is black w an emerald green round the tops and floor(it also nicely accents the holes in the wall:)).

My bed is kind of a dark purple? and is made out of silk.
Umm like I said lots of guitars and msi posters hanging up. Thas preetty much it.

Bed and sideboard. Yep, I keep it tidy...mostly.
