What scares me most are not the sound effects per se, but that this man clearly knows the manual inside out and has taken the time to develop these perceptions of what the creatures would sound like.
And, I can scarcely believe I've just posted this.

 Re: DnD sound effects dude.
I did not even know what D&D was at first, it took a few minutes.
I would say he did the cube well. After a while all of this sound effects started to run into each other though.
I also want to express the fact that I agree with Minnie completely and could never have said it better.
Do you think he came up with those SE prior to going there or do you think he made the sounds up as he went? Either way, it is damned creepy.

Oh god....I'll just stab myself in the eye and get it over with. Letalis: We should hang back and use missile fire over the spell casters....

 Re: DnD sound effects dude.
Most of them are entirely different from what I'd do, but they're still good. I'd guess he came up with a few of them on the spot, and others he had prepared. Some of those things were damn obscure monsters that don't really turn up much anymore.
Also: his gobbo didn't WAAAAAAAAGH! I am most dissapointed.

From the comments : "No one objects that they identified the neo-otyugh's eyestalk as a third tentacle? Oh sure, call Dobby a "goblin" and you get your head bit off, but it's fine to make fundamental errors about the objectively verifiable (and visually obvious) details of a monster's anatomy. Because no one gives a crap about tripeds, do they? Fucking prejudice."

Damn, I have to watch that all over again. Until then, we have an objection on the floor! I saw that on youtube, and was in pure awe of how well he knew the first book... I want to see him go through all the books. Oddly I never played D&D only watched others play it... kind of wish I did though.....
