Just came back to everquest recently. Still fun but damn there is sooooo much content in it after 10 years and 16 expansions. The father of MMOs reigns still!

I did Everquest originally, played it until deciding to move on to SWG. Man that turned out to be a heap of ****. Tried WoW, but couldn't get past the graphics. I settled on LotRO and still play it from time to time. I like the content and being a big LoTRO fanboy, its kinda cool to go along with the storyline.

I've gone through the lot of them, WoW, FFXI, WAR, LOTRO etc.
Recently I've been tip-toeing around in Allods, and Aika to a lesser extent ( Both "Free To Play -> Get you hooked and then screw you over with them cash shops" type of things).
I'm mostly waiting for FFXIV now.. I'm a sucker for games with cute furry tiny creatures.

I guess wow is best MMO ive played afterall or the second best but it costs too much, but ive herd it will become cheaper when diablo 3 comes... But then i will play Diablo 3... And btw lot of people whine about WoW graphics even here i see but my opinion is that they are very good for an MMO, Wow graphic just entertains me more than others and it feels more unique.

WoW is not unique. Neither are most of the basic game mechanics. Though people who can count 2+2 find the game amazing.

How come wow is not unique? Graphics are warcraft style,and races,background story... I mean it just looks unique when compared to other games and feels unique.

I dont know about the mechanics, I'm not claiming that fighthing mechanics would be unique but wow is not copy of other games when it comes to characters and enviroment and gears too.

Actually most of the characters are ripped off from somewhere else. Arthas is basically Elric etc. The game world itself is just Warhammer with some extra padding thanks to a failed game deal back when WC1 came out. There have been instances of genuine copyright theft during the series' history, beyond just claiming "inspiration".

Anything based on something that was inspired by Gary Gygax is not unique. Everything that has come about since Dungeons & Dragons was invented had to compete with it or was heavily inspired by it, I see a lot of that on the surface of WOW. It's not a bad thing, though. D&D is always good.

I used to play Maplestory and Mabinogi, but I don't have access to my desktop right now, and there's no room to download much of anything on my mom's desktop. Once I get mine back, I'll go back to Mabinogi.

I was hardcore addicted to Flyff for about 5 years and then started going on pservers and just recently got really bored of it all. So I'm waiting for Mabinogi Heros and then I'll buy a new mouse and attempt to play THAT on this puny netbook.

Im a recovering World of warcraftaholic but i may relapse soon with Catalysm coming out. So no MMO's for right now just a lot of MW2. Waiting for Old Republic to come out which i already have an awesome guild that im part of

How can you have a guild for a game that isn't out yet? Unless you're all in the beta or something.
