I've been hinting this for a bit, but I thought a separate topic about this might draw more attention. I thought of this after seeing how the London meet-up seems to be going.

Is anyone interested in getting a meet going in Toronto? I chose Toronto, being from Southern Ontario and all, because I know what the scene is like out there.

Toronto has a few different Goth clubs, a variety of Goth shops, and other places, in the surrounding area, with Goth/Alternative/Punk shops, clubs, etc.
And plus, alot of folks know where Toronto is.

Anyways, if anybody is interested in this, just reply to the topic. I'd like to see a response before trying to plan an approximate date.

I'm visiting a friend in London, Ont. Start of July, when you thinking of meeting, could be fun to drop in on.

Well as I said in the first post to this, I need to see how many folks want to get in on this. Nonetheless, I think London is about 1 1/2-2 hours from Toronto. So maybe you'd want to figure out if your friend would be willing to go or not, as well.
But anyways, if no one else is interested, no point in travelling so far out (since I live about an hour from Toronto myself) for a gathering of 3 (Yes, I'm including the boyfriend. Haha.)

Well four if we count my friend who isn't a goth and will probably be scared yeah but if anyone else is on board and it's happening then I'll drag him along (since he'll be the wheels). This is assuming we aren't going down to Edmonton like last time instead.

Sure, why not? I happen to live in Toronto throughout the 6 years of my life.

July pretty much marks the beginning of my freedom, and depending on which day you might schedule this particular get-together, I will hopefully be able to attend.

No one else is accompanying me at the moment, so I suppose it will only be just five in the meet-up (including my presence.)

Well the whole thing depends on everyone's schedule, finances, proximity, etc.

I, personally, have no idea how much money I'll have, seeing as I'm attending college in September.

But alas, we'll see as time goes by.

Depending on time and place I could be convinced to come, given enough notice (and the assistance my band mates) I could help with entertainment.

There'd be a fair bit of notice, but I think it'd be at a Goth club, therefore the band wouldn't be a necessity. Although, if folks wanted to gather somewhere nearby afterwards, and have you guys play there, then sure. *Shrugs*

Honestly, I'm up in Toronto at least twice a month. Good times up there, if you'd ever want to meet out.
