 Re: Love of the Bard
I see the last poster has the IQ of a door knob...
I picked Romeo and Juliet (it wasn't until after I submitted it I realised I could pick up to three - silly me), so I would have also picked Hamlet.
I studied R&J back in school, comparing Shakespeare's orignal play to Baz Luhrman's modern day adaptation, so R&J has since become a favourite of mine. Hamlet was also another play that I studied (and 'acted') for drama class. This was years ago, but is still one of my favourites.

 Re: Love of the Bard
Nachty: Ooh, Bottom must be a fun part to play. How's your production handling the costuming?
Captain: is that where "Bowdlerize" comes from? I should check it out...
I get to teach my *very own class* in early modern lit next year, so I'm planning out my syllabus. I think for Shakespeare I'll do Richard II and As You Like It, because I'm going to do a nature and environment theme. Maybe Macbeth, too. Nature and the supernatural, by the pricking of my thumbs!
