Romania as far as i know has a very scarce gothic scene, i feel pretty much alone. So, has anyone from Romania happened to set foot and thread posts on this board?

Where are you from Evenstar? Bucuresti or somewhere else? If you ARE from our "fine" capital, club Viking is holding St. Vitus dance, a gothic night every Wednesday, see you there?

Well, I'm mostly orbiting around, rather than immersing myself in the subculture, and lurking rather than being an active member of the forum, but I'm Romanian(Iasi, by the way) and interested in the Goth subculture

i understand very well Romanian, but i quite forgot speaking...actually, it's esily for me to speak English than Romanian! shame on me!

Hey, b_d_thanatos, I'm a Yank myself but I'm living and working in Romania for the next two years. Right now I'm living in Ploesti for training, but my teaching job will be at Eforie Sud and I'll be moving there at the end of July.
Any information on the scene in Romania as well as places worth visiting would be much appreciated!

 Re: Goths from Romania - Anyone here? Where are you from, Cristina? Bucharest does have a few semi-regular goth parties...and there's a goth cafe in Cluj. Less regular goth events are often announced on the Darkromania or the Intunecare yahoo groups
