I'm having trouble finding much information on them, like individual bios and stuff. There's the .de site, which is mostly not too german heavy for my limited knowledge of it to handle, but it still doesn't have much information, mainly pictures, and isn't well laid out.
Does anyone know of where I might find out more about these people?

I would suggest this thread, but as far as information goes, there's not a lot. You could probably ask Juliet, though.
The Ecke Archive seems to be a pretty good resource.

Well, not to continue a thread that`s been discussed already, but The Deadfly Ensemble(Lucas` neofolk project) will be playing here in Osaka on the 28th....
Keep watching http://www.nightmarezone.de/cinemastrange/Deadfly_Ensemble.html or http://www.territory-d.com for updates.....

I know, I really like this band too, particularly after I saw them play live at the Drop Dead Festival in NYC last September. It is quite the booger to find much of anything about them, however, and finding their CDs is also a bitch. Middle Pillar has them off and on, and Isolation Tank, so you could try there.

If you want to buy albums, after many long hours searching, I came across this place, which did sell 3 cinema strange albums (self-titled, astonsihed eyes of evening and 10th anniversary novelty), but I got the last copy of astonished eyes of evening
It's about the only place that actually sells Cinema Strange CDs until around June as they will be reprinted then (along with the 3rd album says Bonzo (: ) Looking forward to that very much.....

Yep, CS were in between distributors when I spoke to Mik at Drop Dead 2.. but you are correct.. they are being re-released in June. I plan on picking up an actual copy of "The Astonished Eyes of Evening" then!

I got that novelty set from Territory Records, who occasionally has some Cinema Strange discs, although it`s a tad overpriced in my opinion.

I think there's a Yahoo! group about them, you can probably find it if you search the groups.
