So we all know that when you speed up a song it raises in pitch and makes the vocals go like the ancient television show "the chipmunks" (alvin, simon, theodore [I got a record with them covering blondie, queen and more])

my favorates are

Angelspit - Meat
Chemlab - Chemical Halo
CKY - Skeletor and Beastman
NIN - Everything off pretty hate machine
Rammstein - Just about all their stuff (say without Klavier and seemann)
VNV Nation - Serial Killer

I'd love to play some of them in a club...but I'm afraid that I may get beaten up by hardcore fans of the bands listed (or in the case of Angelspit I'd get beaten up by the band)

Little Birdy - Relapse
Nine Inch Nails - Piggy

While we're on a similar topic, has anyone noticed that if you slow down Bjork's voice, she sounds a bitlike Trent Reznor?

just a thought ^_^

Which song by Siouxsie & the Banshees. Or do you like to speed up the entire collection of their work?

Personally, when I was younger, I was always amused by speeding up anything by Michael Jackson or by making anything by the Chipmunks even more "chipmunky"

Hehehe the record of them coving "punk" songs sounds great when played at 45rpm (meant to be 33)...I didn't know which it was meant to be at first...the only reason that i think it's meant to be 33 is that it's a 12" lp

Lets see them do 80's punk like F.E.A.R. or Black Flag or even the DKs!! That would be awesome. *thinking of Men Without Hats*
