Does any one know where I can get a cheap pair of New Rock Neptuno boots on the net? And I'd need the price in Euro. Thanks.

You could always try eBay. You can find new and used stuff there for usually cheaper than they sell at stores. But watch out for shipping and handling though, that can be pretty pricey as well.

First, even if the price isn't in Euro, you can convert currency.

Second, have you tried Google?

Third, the New Rock Store is usually a good place to start when trying to find New Rocks.

Also, as broken said, E-bay can often be a good bet.

"Cheap" and "New Rock Boots" are generally not two things you'll find in the same sentence.

These are expensive boots, and the only way you're going to find them cheap is if someone else bought a pair and is looking to ditch them on Ebay or something.

European based online stores:

I got some New Rocks for my husband on eBay for about half of what I would have paid for them new.So, I'd say that would be the cheapest.
Therefore, I'd look there first...and if you don't find them in the size and style you like right now...wait..in a few weeks I can almost guarantee some will pop up.

I have heard that New Rocks are overpriced for what they are. Stories of them falling apart far too soon have reached my ears. I've never bought a pair so I wouldn't know.

I can honestly say I've never heard that about New Rocks. In fact, I usually hear the exact opposite. Is it possible that you're really hearing reviews of New Rock knock-offs? I've known more than one person who went out to Hot Topic or wherever, purchased a cheaply made pair of knock-offs, and then proceeded to prance around calling them "New Rocks." In some cases, it can be difficult to tell the difference on the surface -- especially if you don't look closely -- but closer inspection of the construction and details will reveal the difference, and the knock-offs never last as long.

However, I'll take a pair of classic Docs anyday.

Quite possible.

Still, I'm happy with my Magnum patrol boots that I picked up half an hour ago. Genuine british army model, simple, understated, but they're the most comfortable piece of footwear I've ever worn. At least pre-walking, that is. Still, they're built for comfort.

edit: and here they are... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v675/Sojourner01/DSCF0086.jpg

Same here. I prefer Doc Martens, they're comfier and better looking.

New Rocks are pretty cliché now anyway. You can't walk through Leeds or Manchester or go to any of the clubs and gigs without seeing every other goth wearing New Rocks. It's boring and feels as though everyone's conforming by wearing them. :?
