For those that don't understand "la jouale" (French Canadian slang) Disturbed Mind and I are simply saying how he thinks he shouldn't talk French here and I said that I think we have a right to, but that we should translate it so that others can understand what we're saying. Am I right or should we keep our language (and thus our heritage that's struggling to survive) to ourselves?

I may be living with a few French-only people soon, which is going to be fun/psychosis-inducing. I hope I've somehow shed my inability to pick up French in the years elapsing from those horrible classes I took in school. If not, body language is universal, I suppose. French is a very nice language and I wish I could speak it better.

Well although there are a helluva lot of franglais-speaking hypocrits around here, I can see a lot of them completely ditching the english language, for some reason, and converting all their expressions entirely into french.....and it sounds really stupid....why not just let themselves be completely assimilated? they already fucked up the french language enough, without having to attempt more "anglicismes", in order to save the français.

To spiderman: I dont wanna tell you what to do and what not to do, but I think Logan can probably explain himself if he feels the need to, he's a big boy, you dont need to defend him.

everybody has different experiences and oppinions on every group of people
(i know sombody who wasnt racist untill lebs jumped him and hospitalised him for 2 months)
and my rant was biased by a certain group of french people who have irritated me several times and speak allmost intirely english by choice to other french people and diss english people
