 Any Scottish members?
Let me know if you're out there: it might be fun to meet up some time.
Glasgow is handiest for me but if you're near a pub I will travel

Please stop resurrecting old dead threads. Check the last posted date before you reply. Especially with an answer like that.

I'm leaving this one open for our Scottish goths.

I've just joined, I'm from the Highlands. Yes, that wild, barren place up north where the haggis run wild and the whisky runs in rivers. But I'm near Inverness, so we've got electricity and the like now :-p

Ah, but the wild haggis tastes so much better than the farm-raised kind. I do worry about the mercury levels, though. ~ LadyA, who has family in Forfar, and yes, she can make bridies

Hi,
I am looking for like minded, interesting people to exchange thoughts with. I am in Edinburgh, and want to enlarge my social circle.

 Re: Any Scottish members?
Hi all, Thought you might be able to help. I'm just finishing 3rd year at uni and trying to make an early start for my dissertation next year. My subject?...goth...you guessed it. Basically I have set myself the challenge of trying to discover (Sociologically speaking) what it is that brings all the various forms of goth under the same cultural banner. In addition, I am also interesting to look into the langauge of goth. Other subcultures, however media lead or 'reactionary' have a langauge which instantly identifies the speaker. Do we goths have the same thing?
Anyway, any replys that I my be able to use (anonymously) would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
