I live in Wollongong. Near Sydney, but not.
I've never been clubbin', I go to bed early like a good little girl. Boring, I know. I work weekends and I start work early (5am).
Though, it would be nice to go out a bit more.

3am? I wouldn't even bother going to bed if I had to get up at that hour.

Eh, same here. And yeah, I'm kind of ressurecting the thread, but it's a sticky, so meh.
Actually, I actually live about 30 minutes away from Newcastle, in a small, "half filled with farmers, half filled with white-collar wine junkies" town called Mulbring. I'm the only Goth here, so it fucking sucks.
A question to any Novocastrians - are they any goth clubs in Newcastle, or do I have to go to Sydney?

I'm in warwick, qld (2 hours from brissie) Anyone who has been here would have observed the state of people in this town, i think over half of them dropped out of school, have 14 children with their sister and couldn't read a page of a kiddies book if they tried.

Necropolis. It's held once a month at the Cambridge. Well it used to be.

Dunedin, New Zealand, at work doing the graveyard shift 11pm to 7am, where I have stuff all to do except surf online.

Well, I hail from the Gold Coast in Queensland, and I spend my time between designing web sites, security and professionla wrestling. For an old pic check out http://www.wcwaustralia.tk and look for Mongol. It's from about a year ago but is the most recent pic I have. Oh, and I have my hair back now, you'll see what I mean if you follow the link. I don't go out clubbing much because I know all the security guys in Surfers Paradise and, as a favour to them, I don't drink in their establishments. Don't ask!

Erm... for the sake of jumping on the bandwagon...
I'm based in Brisbane. I have been disturbingly good at raising plants, recently - I think they're going to sacrifice me when they're big enough.
I barely go out clubbing anymore - I can only listen to the same playlist at Faith so many times before I want to beat my head to a pulp against the bar. Other clubs... er, let's just say they haven't impressed me. Although it could simply be that I'm getting old and cranky, particularly now that I'm virtually a married woman.
Erm... I enjoy frightening the norms at SouthBank, though. The pasty white limbs with black tattoos disturb the kiddies when I swim, and so they should. *heh heh*

Hey!! I have finally had some small success growing plants!! I have 2 strawberry plants in the back yard which have not only started growing fantastically, but are already fruitung (is that the correct term for this? ) and now I wanna start growing watermelons. My question to everyone is this: can watermelons be grown in a pot? I mean, I'm talking a huge pot here... any help would be great!!!

At the risk of heading OT: I don't know if you can grow watermelons in a pot - they are very large trailing vines, like pumpkins. I can't see any reason why they wouldn't, though, apart from the space issue. You can easily grow things like tomato and lettuce in pots... so give it a go!
I mostly stick to herbs (my mint is growing out of control - mutant mint!), but I have a friend who has set up some boxes of tomatoes and salad leaves and chrysathemums for me... I just have to go and pick them up some time.
