Sure. I am Kittie_freak. ^_^
I don't care what time.. Midday will do. I've asked my guardian and she didn't seem to care. Maybe she wasn't listening to me though.. I'll ask again anyways. Oh yeah, have to ask Brie if she wants to go as well...

I have not been there since 1996, early 1996 that-is.
I also have a very-vague idea of where the DNA tower is, but that is why I will arrive there an hour early to find it...hehehe or, is there somewhere else to meet up at for starters that everyone attending knows where it is? I barely know King's Park, all I know it the War Memorial overlooking the City where that ANZAC day dawn thing happens every-year, and the DNA tower... :/

So why don't we meet up at the Memorial and make our way down to the DNA tower?? Or alternatively, we meet there and decide where to go/ what to do next??

Yeah, let's meet there then decide what to do or go next. That is a good idea. Is everyone else fine with this? The memorial you can not miss.

*smacks head* I forgot all about this! I haven't asked my parents yet. Damn. I hope I can still come, but I have this feeling that "hey mum n' dad can I go to Kings Park to meet up with a bunch of goths I know from the goth forums?" is not going to sound pleasing to them. I don't even think they know there is such a thing as Goth.net! We shall see...

And I just told my nana. She said something like "you never know what those people are like" and probably won't let me go. I guess I'll get a lift than ???

My apologies to those of you who attended the meet up today- unfortunately I had ferret business to attend to today, and was unable to make it. Hope you all had a good time regardless

I went there, but I did not see anyone else... The memorial was gone so others could have easily gone straight past it without knowing it is the place to meet. :/ I nearly did myself! Also, there was a LOT of people there today, so even if we all did turn up, how would we have known who we are? Unless we wear something like a ribbon or have a white arm-band on or something next-time...(hopefully it will happen one day...)
I also went to the DNA tower, that was the only part of King's Park that has remained constant, nearly everything else...no actually EVERYTHING else has changed heaps!! Maybe next-time, we could pick somewhere easier and smaller to meet up at hey.

Oh well, we can't say we didn't try.
I wasn't going to even try asking my parents as they've been pissed off with me, especially my dad, but he's always pissed off at me. Meh. Next time folks, next time.

On the topic of buying clothes in Perth:
For band shirts go to either Joynt Venture (often expensive), Music finder (about $25-40 per shirt) or there is a shop in Whitfords shopping center that sells cheap shirts for roughly $20.
For clothes in general one can often get a great buy at Good Sammy's or the like. Also most shopping centers will often have a small store called 'Gabrielles'. These are great because they can have some unique looking stuff that is usually cheap.
For a top hat and perhaps a cane HobNob Bridal in Raine (sp?) Square in town could help or any bridal sort of shop might have these items.
For Jewellery there is Bazaar in town which has more gypsy looking things they also have clothes. Also Sparkles and Joynt Venture.
Well thats pretty much the only shops off the top of my head that i can think of but I'm sure that there are many more.

I discovered a FANTASTIC shop in the city just outside the Red Rooster entrance to Target... my son bought my Christmas present from there... a little NBX coffin/ bag thing... absolutely adorable. They have tonnes of NBX stuff there atm, and also try His/Hers in the Plaza Arcade for more NBX stuff...
Sparkles have beautiful stuff. I recently bought a new silver cuff, a gorgeous new cross, a few rings and a new bracelet from them...
For shirts that are a bit quirky, try View Factory near the movies in the city... I have heaps of shirts and dresses from there... lots of neat stuff...
As for my EXCITING news!! I picked out the 2 newest members of my ferret family the other day!! A beautiful little black eyed white boy, and a gorgeous little albino girl They're still babies though and won't be home for another 4 or 5 weeks... I can't wait to get them home...
