If it's not too much work for you
maby Goth.net should have a read only section or an archive for old dead threads. That way you don't have the problem of people ressurecting threads for "I agree" or "LOL".

We have pinned posts around asking people not to resurrect old threads unless they really have something relevant and meaningful to ask.
And moving all kinds of threads around after a certain timeframe would be a lot of work. As would going back and locking old threads.

Spiderman you did exactly what we have asked people not too. Unless I am wrong and I agree is a new statement?

With what?
This is part of the problem. People that just have to put their two cents worth in even when they don't have anything relative to say. There really is no point in just posting a "Me, too" or a "I was going to post something, but I forgot what I was going to say." The whole draw of this forum is the amount of intelligent people that happen to be associated with it. Don't make those of us who actually enjoy reading the forums wade through useless little snippets just because you want to acheive "Nessus".
Remember - it's not quantity, but quality that gets you respect in this forum.

I think this idiocy has gone on quite long enough.
