And so I watch you from afar - "Gangs" If I were 16 years younger I might say something along the lines of "OMG, I like, totally <3 this band so much right now!", but I'm not...so I won't Fleet Foxes - "Helplessness Blues" Bell X1 - "Bloodless Coup" The Mighty Stef - "TMS and the baptists"

The Best of Motorhead. The 1992 release on Roadrunner records. This is much better than the other "best of" Motorhead collections.

Based on seeing them live with Flogging Molly last week, we picked up the album "Beheading of the Songbird" by the Drowning Men. Nice folksy album with a hint of gypsy punk. Official Website

Re: Last album you bought... - again
Das Ich - "Die Propheten" - Really unique sounding; it's my first album from this band and I don't think it'll be the last. "Es ist ja Krieg" is one of my favorites off this album, it is almost soothing to listen to but also eerie at the same time.
Christian Death - "Ashes" - It's interesting to hear how a band evolves their sound without loosing what they are about, and Rozz-era-Christian Death is a good example of that. Some of the darkly romantic songs on this album embody "goth".

Hm. I bought some of this a few months ago, so:
Berserk Original Anime Soundtrack Dramatis Personae by The Clockwork Dolls Arachnitect by Kristine Lawrence
Can't remember if I had bought anything else in that time span. Eh.

Re: Last album you bought... - again
Just picked up Barton Hallow by The Civil Wars. They sound like a guy/girl version of Mumford & Sons. Bluesy, folksy, a little bit country and VERY hipster.
