Re: Last album you bought... - again Based on seeing them live with Flogging Molly last week, we picked up the album "Beheading of the Songbird" by the Drowning Men. Nice folksy album with a hint of gypsy punk.

Re: Last album you bought... - again Das Ich - "Die Propheten" - Really unique sounding; it's my first album from this band and I don't think it'll be the last. "Es ist ja Krieg" is one of my favorites off this album, it is almost soothing to listen to but also eerie at the same time.
Christian Death - "Ashes" - It's interesting to hear how a band evolves their sound without loosing what they are about, and Rozz-era-Christian Death is a good example of that. Some of the darkly romantic songs on this album embody "goth". |

Re: Last album you bought... - again Just picked up Barton Hallow by The Civil Wars. They sound like a guy/girl version of Mumford & Sons. Bluesy, folksy, a little bit country and VERY hipster.
