while countless people who have been srewed over by ''uncle scam'' stay in jail's or prision's for years the justice in this country is a embaresment. |

Lorn uhm can I ask for "links" and some sort of background. Few of us are up to speed on the internal workings of the USA.
That link I asked for COrrect me if I am wrong but isn't there a JURY who decides if Mr DeLay is responsible for that, or will the Republicans claim that DeLay only recieved such a punishment because the judge is openly Liberal? _________________ Theres my musings. Why was DeLay smiling so much in his mug shot? A disheveled and angry DeLay would have been ideal fodder for attack ads by political opponents. The outcome of all this will, most likely, be no prison time for him; while countless people, who have been screwed over by "Uncle Scam", remain jailed or imprisoned for years. The justice in this country is an embarassment. Clear, concise, and a complete thought put in a read-able format. A: Earle says DeLay is shopping for a friendly judge - Thats what I was thinking. Still nuksaa no matter what happens someone will be up in arms saying it weas because of who was involved. IF the case gets shifted to someone a little more republican, then the Democrats will say that was an influence in the outcome.
