A slimy, glob-like creature dubbed Gollum has terrified children after it slithered out of a lake and clambered over the rocks towards them. In a "desperate bid to defend themselves" four children grabbed rocks from the beach and hurled them at the beast. Having killed it they picked up the body and tossed it back into the lake, before fleeing. |

Re: Gollum-like monster emerges from lake hoax or not, the pictures were pretty...well unusual? Not that i think it is real or not, as i honestly have no opinion on that, but i did think the pictures were pretty neat (in a morbid sort of way).

An unrecognizable animal/person/thing appears, and slithers slothfully toward a group of several children. Their response? "We don't know what it is and we don't know what its intention is, so we're not going to inquire, and we're not going to flee as fast as our athletic young legs will take us...instead, we're going to KILL IT!!!"
