Post Poem: Midnight Corridor
Midnight takes flight, on your window he alights
Bourne on shifting wings of stars
To see the infinite within sight
The worlds that are ours

Clicking shoes strolling through the endless corridor
The halls of mind sealed in haze
Moonlight eyes open, beholding the portrait's door
The labyrinthine, swirling maze

Ticking pace carries him deep
To his left the doors do shriek
Sleeplessly in the land of sleep
Sills to the right softly speak

He parts the curtains and walks on
Face set with whimsy and smile
Fleeting like dreams, he is gone
Ever walking the dreaming mile

I I am having a hard time understanding it, but I think it is very nicely done.
