To the untrained ear they may sound like stereotypical British accents, but to an English gentleman such as myself the colonial twang is clearly discernible. WKUK are American, but I think it's pretty obvious that they wanted British excellence in their sketch. Which is probably why the peeing guy said "Ah, but we are British".

For my ear they was speaking kinda Irish.. or Scottish?.. Or maybe they had some kind of enunciation defect.. Englsih is more pompouse then rough as for me.. (:

The sketch is very much in the style of British Absurdism, if that's any consolation.
