Disk Quota Usage. - ?...?...?

 :! Alright, i was sent an e-mail informing me that my allocated disk quota..Now, it says i should clean up my files and/or mail before the grace period expires..How do i clean them up? I'm completely confused on this, i can't delete anything because it says i can't because of the fact that i'm over my disk quota..All help is much appreciated, i don't want to lose my Goth.Net e-mail address! Heh.. ???
