Re: Your style - What defines your look
My style is pretty straight forward. It consists of black t-shirts (either blank or with some design on it, no band tees for me) with long sleeve undershirts, Tripp Pants, and Doc Martens. As for accessories, I'll sometimes where these bondage bracelets with large metallic rings on them and sometimes I wear both as a choker around my neck. I'm not sure if the chains or studs or grommets on my Tripp Pants count as accessories.

Re: Your style - What defines your look
No real 'style' style, more like 'whatever neat thing I can pick up at the thrift shop' or everyday clothing shops in black. That can range from jeans and tee shirts to full on rockabilly dresses to a full length lace overdress. If it's interesting, dark and fits well, I'll wear it. And I think it's better that way; having variety for whatever suits my mood in the morning is certainly interesting.

Re: Your style - What defines your look
My style usually consists of ruffles, bright colours & black put together, and some form of heels (because I'm short). Oh, and my "leather" jacket when it's cool outside. I've never been a T-shirt n' jeans kind of girl.

Firmly in the "corpgoth" camp for the last 8-9 years. Black dress shirt untucked over black casual pants or slacks. 10 hole boots (in black) and a floor length trench coat for the rainy days... belt, boots, etc. accented with silver grommets and rivets... and yes, I "work with computers"

Oh I have a very obscure dressing style, you probably never heard of it. I call it Gothic Caveman . Imagine the BatMobile with squared stone wheels. On a more serious note, I use the Corporate Goth style, and when I don't, I look like a Geek Goth. I don't like to spend too much time on my goth look. Gothic is on the inside more than outside, I like to say.

Honestly, I spend a lot of time studying stuff that tends to focus on the inner over the outer, and the better functioning practices always tend to both.

My style is just basically androgynous if anything although I do have some normal death rock elements thrown in it that are distinctly man like.

Re: Your style - What defines your look
My usual look. -Black tight jeans with chains on each side, (They look like undone suspenders heh) -Regular black jeans (All I can afford, lest I find something classy for cheap -Various band t-shirts (Or just plain black) -Ellen Tracey Trench coat which has a split on the back which make it look like two flaps
-Bullet wrist wrap, pointy spiky needly bracelet, tan, all leather. -Shoulder length blonde hair, poofy -Black "Suit/Dress" Shoes -Glass Mushroom necklace (Was a gift from my 6th grade teacher), Thin wire magnetic -cheap as nails- "necklace" -Black Nailpolish.
And that pretty much defines how I've appeared for the last 5 years. Perhaps I will cut up my jeans, always wanted to try that.

Re: Your style - What defines your look
Black. That's the essence of it. Black everything. My typical outfit, worn on a daily basis, consists of the following: - black Rothco "Ultra Force" G.I. style jungle boots
- black casual slacks
- black polo shirt/T-shirt/low-neck sweater
- black unbuttoned overshirt
- black clip-on sunglasses (still haven't gotten contacts)
- black fedora hat (or a black fitted corduroy cap, if I feel like wearing a hat at all)
- black military surplus trenchcoat (heat permitting)
If I'm not at work, all this gets accented by black nail polish and/or black eyeliner. On occasion, I'll wear a dark red polo shirt instead of my usual black. Since the only place I ever go is work, I tend to keep everything "work casual". Ever since I brought three cats into my world, all my outfits are usually accessorized by a layer of cat hair I can never seem to get rid of.

Re: Your style - What defines your look
Fedoras have been something I've wanted to try to make work for me in the past, but I'm so unused to wearing any kind of hat that I feel awkward and uncomfortable in them :/

I constantly fidget. In my experience, though, some looks just have to be tried often to get 'em to work, comfort level be damned.

I'm pretty casual most days. A normal outfit would consist of a dress, a belt in the waist, stockings and ballerina flats. If I'm not too lazy, I also brush my hair and puts on makeup.

Re: Your style - What defines your look
I got described as "GQ Pirate" last night, as it was a pirate-themed goth night. Guess it's because I wear a semi-formal blazer. I've been meaning to add some features to it and rough it up a bit, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Re: Your style - What defines your look
My style is hard to define since I don't stick to one really, but I know for sure that it isn't mainstream. I have pretty simple goth outfits, geek outfits, emo outfits, and an overall indie look. I wear glasses and I like to wear unatural colored clip in hair extensions. I don't wear makeup, have any tattoos, and peircings other than my ears. That's pretty much it. I don't have money and patience to go all out.
