 Re: Whats on your tombstone?
"Here Lies Kieran. He tried to fight the Law. The Law won."
And just to be evil, my surrounding grave would be motion-sensored, and if anyone got too close, a rotting hand would shoot up from the ground, and the phrase "brains!" would be played from beneath them.

If Klymene smiles upon me, I'd like to have a monument in a park in London that reads "Here honours Ruadhán J McElroy, second generation on his matrilineal side to be born outside London and the first to return. He wrote stories, had a lovely voice, and was the world's tallest Acondroplasic dwarf at 4'11½"."

 Re: Whats on your tombstone?
I will have both my name and my alias Gothic name Larnell Grimcrowe, on the tombstone. The reason being, I consider myself to be part of Gothic culture now, so it wouldn't seem right not to include it on there as well. Here lies Goth Larnell Grimcrowe, who's name was kindley given to me by Nephele. well I hope that's ok with you Nephele.

So it would only be right for me to show my appreciation, by including your name to.

Oh and I fully understand your concerns about sharing my grave, but then I wouldn't expect that of you of course.

 Re: Whats on your tombstone?
"Here lies Oriana. Six feet under, she lies in her tomb. Under the grass and under the stone. She was alive, and now she's gone" Not the greatest epitaph anyway XD In my tombstone I would like lots, LOTS of candles with sense (strawberry mostly ^^), a white stone with three black rabits in a circle (it's the symbol of one of my absolutely favourite bands ). I would also like if some of my friends and family write something in the stone. And some of my favourite sentences as well..."weep now or nevermore!"

 Re: Whats on your tombstone?
On my tomb stone, I would like my name, and underneath it the words: "All the world was her stage, and her story was worth watching." I hope to use that, if I my life does turn out as brilliant as I have planned.

I will also add the following under Larnell Grimcrowe: "Here lies a man who started off with something, and ended up with nothing. "

 Re: Whats on your tombstone?
"Here lies Fawila, she didn't want to be buried on PET SEMATARY, let her rot" I'll be probably burned and my ashes will be spread somewhere nice, but in case someone decided to put my rotting corpse into a nice, fashionable clothes, lock it into a damn-expensive coffin and then bury the whole lot in ground I'd like to have people smiling upon passing by my permanent apartment I'd love to have that, really....

 Re: Whats on your tombstone?
I think I'd want to be buried deep in the woods of my hometown. I'd have the attendants leave cryptic and unsettling warnings to stay away from my burial site, and to spread rumors that that forest is haunted. I've also always thought it'd be cool to be buried in a mausoleum.
I also like what Dethany wrote, I think it's the most realistic way to look at life and death.

 Re: Whats on your tombstone?
Well, why get cremated, or even put in a box? I'm just going to be stuck straight in the ground in the fields of my childhood, with an apple tree planted on top. There'll be a stone with it saying "Here lies a girl. The people who visit her know her name, so who gives a f@(K?"
