Started and finished Kat Richardson's Greywalker in one sitting.

It was very enjoyable! Not the usual take on urban fantasy. I'll be starting Kalayna Price's Grave Witch in a few minutes.

Right now, I'm reading City of Bones by Michael Connelly. I never read any of his stuff prior to this one, but so far I'm enjoying it.

Is that an Anita Blake novel?

I'm almost finished with Damned by Chuck Palahniuk. Once I finish with it, I'll be reading Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury.

That one was required reading in high school for me. I somewhat liked it. The movie was forgettable, in my opinion, but the book was worth a read once.

I'm reading The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. I figured I'd better at least read the first book in the trilogy before the movie comes out next month.

It's brilliant. Highly recommended!

Started reading House of Dolls by Ka-Tzetnik 135633. This book has been languishing in my basement for well over a decade, Amazon tells me I purchased it on September 29, 2000. I remember why I bought it, because the band Joy Division named themselves after it. From Wikipedia: "The novella describes 'Joy Divisions', which were allegedly groups of Jewish women in the concentration camps during World War II who were kept for the sexual pleasure of Nazi soldiers."

I'm about to start The Castle of Otranto by Horace Walpole... it's purported to be the forerunner of Gothic fiction so I'm looking forward to it :D

I'd be very curious to know what you think of it, and if you'd recommend it.

Half way through "Liqour" by Poppy Z Brite, didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I am.

I finished The Hunger Games and I'm now well into the second book in the trilogy: Catching Fire.

It's been a long time since I picked up books that I can't bear to put down -- I have to find out what happens next everytime I turn a page!

Read, read, read The Hunger Games! The dystopian society and the heroine who navigates it are absolutely absorbing!

Once I'm finished I'll be glad to voice my opinion :)

No, one of her Merry Gentry novels. I'm on book three now, Seduced by Moonlight. They're a nice change of pace from vampires and werewolves.
