Post The Left Hand of God
Anyone else read this book by Paul Hoffman? I picked it up in Auckland to read on a flight Dubai. My whole 19 hours of flight time was devoted to that book. Unfortunatley it only took me 10 hours to read it. It almost reads like a young adult novel if not for death, violence, language, dark themes, and a description of a 15 year old girl being dissected alive. Its very intriguing and keeps you in the dark about where the plot is going. It ends with a cliffhanger which will be picked up in the second book The Last Four Things coming out in January. I can't wait to get my hands on it.

The closest I have ever come to a title like that is called The Right Hand of Evil by John Saul, which was a kick ass book. I need to read it again. That book sounds interesting though.

Reading some reviews about it make me think this guy's read Gene Wolfe's 'Book of the New Sun' series. We liked those book so much that we named our son after the main character. It was that or Dashel. But he's really lucky we didn't name him Arutha. We are Feist fans. ;)
