Wow. 2011 is only a few hours old and I already have my quote of the year!

I totally agree. Looking back, 2010 was my most creative year in a long time. I wrote for the first time in absolutely ages (both prose and poetry), recorded more music than I have for a few years, and created some graphic imagery (note - I don't call it "art"; that's a domain which clearly belongs to people as skilled as you). I've mused on the nature of Life and Reality and shared thoughts both good and bad (and more than occasionally indifferent). And all these things have been inspired, and tolerated, by the kind people of this forum.

FIRST attempt? Goodness - you really seem to have an innate sense of how light and shade work together. I think that's amazing!
