I know it's a bit early, but now's the time to start saving! I missed out last year due to financial concerns, but i've got a decent job, and I'm (dead) set on making it this time.
For those of you not familiar this is the biggest festival for deathrock, psychobilly, horror punk, goth rock, and post punk in the country, featuring international talent. KOMMUNITY FK is coming this year! Nina Hagen! Cinema Strange! Hope some of you go, this is a fantastic event.

Drop Dead Oh, for $150 you get a four day super ghoul pass which grants VIP entrace to all events, plus a meet and greet with Nina Hagen (a punk legend), and Cinema Strange, with refreshments served. My friend Miriam met Cinema Strange at the show last year, and said they were drunk as lords.

I already bought tickets a month ago for the 31st . It'll be a first for me and my girlfriend. I'm thinking of getting tickets for maybe the day before as well. We shall see, but I'll be there for sure, and I'm excited as hell!

I am afraid I will not be able to attend, Gemma :(

Because I have to save for Cruxshadows. :)

I do know a number of people from my area will be attending this excellent event. :D

Shit, I'm dying to go, but it really looks bad to ask for time off a month after starting a new job! I may just take a short hop to New York to catch one or two events. ???

It's during the Halloween weekend no? I don't think they'll mind if you take Friday and Monday off.

Yeah my ticket's for Limelight, although now that I've received another paycheck I'm considering checking out Knitting Factory as well.
