Well..... back into music, of course. I've built many connections and friendships in various underground music scenes over the last ten years, and I think it's a good chance to take my Kanashibari project and do it as a full time, serious job now. I also want to get back into relevant multimedia des...

I'm 32 and have just got out of a horrible career that forced me to put music on hold. I'm now out of that black hole and hoping to get back on track in life. I guess a lot of people don't recommend starting late because the later in life the more you become wrapped up in other responsibilities: fam...

I think in a way, a sense of urgency is good to get yourself a good kick in the ass to get started on what it is you want to do in life.

However, I think it's good to slow down, enjoy things once in awhile, and let your inspiration build.....

Well, having heard my closest friend refer to me recently as a "nutjob", I think I'll keep my deluded mouth shut when in the presence of stubborn agnostics from now on...... :|

Centurion....... whose few friends I've got left I'm still trying to lose.
Home sweet home indeed

I just think that nowadays, not only are we still struggling with racial discrimination, but on the other side of things, overt racial sensitivity is a negative issue as well. People don't have the chance to heal a segregated society, because people are still segregating themselves. We just need to ...

Yeah, London After Midnight are a band that seems to have a handful of decent songs, but tend to bore me too much with the bulk of their material. "Let Me Break You" is the one song of theirs i really liked due to my love of deep crawling basslines, but the rest seems to be cliche on top o...

I've really noticed that, especially with the Asian-American community.

I've yet to meet a Japanese, Chinese, or Korean who identify as "asian".

I know it's a discouraging thing in the world of art when you've topped 30 and even 40 years of age and have yet to find your true "voice" in life. It's discouraging when the entire gothic world seems to be dominated by young people, or at least young starters...... musicians who found the...

Kill Bill..... Too schlocky and full of too many stereotypes for me to get any enjoyment out of it. At the risk of being disowned by my uncle, I can respect MMA shows such as UFC, K-1, etc. but not really enjoy watching them. Watching sports isn't my cup of tea....... I liked pro-wrestling when I wa...

Indeed.... in fact that whole "cyber" thing in general. I've never seen what was so goth about dressing like Gundam characters. Anyways, I've got a list miles long, but as I have a hangover, I'll just stick with a few that stand out to me: The band Tool: yes, their videos are interesting e...

Except for the end part, where I felt like it was a personal attack against everyone in an interracial relationship, though I know that wasn't the intention, I didn't really find anything wrong with the video itself....... What DID bother me, were all those bigoted responses by people on Youtube, sa...

It honestly makes me sad people still think bigotry is justified if it's from a minority towards a majority. Recently that "To JK Rowling from Cho Chang" video floating around Youtube has gotten a lot of praise and sparked some debate, but some of the comments I see being made just make me...

A lot of these albums are exclusive digital releases, too...... meaning you can't buy them on CD.

Loads of quality artists here.

I think I'll be busy listening to these the next few weeks.
