You know, although TT is a sequel, it's really a different film altogether...If you allow them to create a sort of connected body of work - three completely different movies - not one after the other after the next, it changes the dynamic of the idea of the triology... Fellowship as a buddy adventur...

I won't admit it publicly now, but I do seem to have a Necron 40K army lurking about a box I've labeled:

"IF I COULD CARVE THE GEEK OUT OF ME WITH A SHARP OBJECT, I'D HIDE IT HERE"...

(yes, it didn't all fit on the top - I had to wrap the words around the sides...)

DawnRazor... It's the kind of album you play when you've rented yourself an old, convertible behemoth and you're tooling down I-10 towards Pheonix... It's an open road album... Besides, the cover art makes me think of a late night in Casa del How-Did-I-End-Up-Here? "You gonna do something, or are yo...

I will give the film this though - it had the best opening sequence of any movie I've seen this year...just brilliant...the ...

No doubt. I can see him now, reclining in the oval office, with a stupid look on his face:

"What? What do you mean there are no pictures? You know I can't read without funny little pictures!"

I thought I'd share this with you, as many of you may not have seen or heard about this...Sean Penn (yes, the former abusive husband of Madonna) took out a very pricey ad in the Washington Post to send a direct message to Dubya Bush...Contained below is the letter in its entirety... You know, it doesn't matter how well you dress the part - or talk that part - because if you can't hit the floor with a fire in your heart and a beat in your feet, what good are you?
