I loved vol.1! It was like, watching one of my favorite anime films but with real actors. The music also was great, really set the mood of the movie. Retro like old kung fu movies, but still has the techno vibe that most japanese anime series have. I can't wait to see vol 2.

He had a mock news reporter saying things like -

"The company that makes navigators and hummers apparently have been sold out world wide."

That and the selling of a lot of pimp chalices, haha.

Being black and having descended from my ancestors who were slaves, I think this case is foolish! It wouldn't make me, my grandmother or my great-grandmother happy to sue people who did not have any hand in owning slaves in this present day and time. What happens in the past should stay in the past,...

I hope for the same. I've had friends who were too scared to set foot into Hot Topic, for God's sake. I just recently went to HotTopic because my grandmother thought it would be nice to get me a gift card... I can honestly say, the only thing that brightened my experience in the store was The Cure ...

"Perfume" by Patrick Suskind. I'm normally not a big mystery/horror reader, but I thought it sounded interesting, and so far it is. I'm also reading "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde.

Went to the uwm theater last week and saw 'Dans ma peau' (in my skin). It was a about this woman who got a huge gash on her leg from this metal object. From then on, she became obsessed with her skin. It was really gory but sort of good. Had some gross out parts though..

It was okay. Had it's cheese moments, but then again - what reality show doesn't? I liked Don's boots and his burgundy crushed velvet shirt...

I don't really watch too much T.V but I might have to keep watching this, just to see what other kind of clothes Don will be wearing :D

My favorite comic as of late is "30 Days of Night". It's about a little town in Alaska that is experiencing it's regular cycle of having 30 days of night. Unfortunately, these living dead creatures begin to have a feast....

If I were a woman, I'd start a "Get John Ashcroft out of my Uterus!" campaign. And it's underway! :b Yeah, there was a discussion in my Theology class at school about this, and naturally, the nuns were all for it (I get grilled always just because I am pro-choice) . But what I don't get is how my s...
